It was all milk; milk with cereal, milk with bread/toast, milk with... (iwishihadasmallerfont)...PopTarts.
I lost 67 pounds on the PT diet so don't judge. (Gross, huh?)
Now my water habit keeps me around half my weight in ounces, but when I vary (the pee) you can tell. (Is that more gross than the Poptart confessional?)
In the winter I heat water cuz I can't tolerate it cold. I've melted my huge/ladylike quart bottle. I'm thinking I need the gallon.

We'll be great friends. I can tell.Housewife Savanthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13276777227256457700noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8490670093939732201.post-53199429007805915632009-03-02T17:30:00.000-05:002009-03-02T17:30:00.000-05:00I love water. I go through phases with drinking enough.

My 17 year alwasys has a water bottle with her.

Maybe I'll try the gallon container idea and bring it to work.

Thanks for the reminders. I AM proud to say that my kids love love love water, and are happy to explain to anyone within hearing distance why it's important to stay hydrated!Shangrilahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06489338372829942038noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8490670093939732201.post-11590835202148897572009-03-02T11:03:00.000-05:002009-03-02T11:03:00.000-05:00I cut out soda and caffeine about 4 years ago and ...I cut out soda and caffeine about 4 years ago and was probably the 2nd best thing I did. First of all, my teeth have been in the best shape ever after years of cavity and other damage caused by that pesky high fructose syrup. And my skin looks great. I lost some of the ruddiness I used to have. I do not have crows feet (unless I squint really hard) and my cheeks are still plump even though I'm almost 40.

Oh, and it keeps me *ahem* regular.

I need to get me one of those jugs. Currently, I reuse my styrofoam cup that I get with my morning tea. Actually, I need to bring in an electric kettle and put a stop to the waste, but now I'm really starting to ramble on....Camevilhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14446281829643300389noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8490670093939732201.post-56685631124821642742009-03-02T10:49:00.000-05:002009-03-02T10:49:00.000-05:00That's gotta make you feel good as a Grandma! And I'm cracking up because I'm always checking to make sure I'm "peeing clear" (as my friends and I refer to it). ;)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8490670093939732201.post-59881492610062589762009-03-02T09:40:00.000-05:002009-03-02T09:40:00.000-05:00What a great idea to give the kids water bottles:)...What a great idea to give the kids water bottles:)Country Mouse, City Mousehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11549579351659690784noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8490670093939732201.post-17807039311820057762009-03-02T08:48:00.000-05:002009-03-02T08:48:00.000-05:00If I have it next to me, I will drink it.
