A fat-free vegetable dip you can live with

If you don’t like to eat your raw vegetables plain – and, really, who does? – try this simple dip:

Mix together one package of Hidden Valley Ranch dry mix (look for the fat-free version) with 16 ounces of fat-free sour cream. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight to allow the flavors to blend together.

I like to put two tablespoons worth in a little plastic container (for portion control) and take it with me to work. It makes a great afternoon snack.

It’s really surprisingly good. Hide it from your family. They will eat it all.
