I came across a link to this video, "Five Steps to a Beach Body" by Mark Bailey that offers some simple advice to healthier eating. It seems a little long, but it goes fast (eye candy) plus some of the stuff he says made me laugh (he uses the word "crap" almost as much as I do). And it just makes sense.

Good video. Have you read The Eat Clean Diet by Tosca Reno. It follows these rules.
Well, what he said makes sense. I heard Dr. Oz say if we stayed away from all the white stuff we eat, sugar, flour, etc. we would be so much better off too. I have just got to do the 80 20 rule like Mr. Crap was talking about.

Dr. Oz is exactly right about the white flour and sugar. Avoiding those things can make all the difference.

Hey! It works! Just wanted to say thanks for the early morning eye candy (and advice, of course. LOL!) I love the Eat Clean magazine. Is the book worth picking up?
Honestly? If you've already got a pretty good grasp of the subject then, no, I don't think you'll learn anthing too very new. If you're starting at square One, i'd say it was well worth picking up.
The magazine has a lot of good tips, too.
