Hey Mrs. Jelly Belly,
I started a new diet just today and it includes the usual mostly fish and chicken... I bet these would work on both!
It also Includes the Gillian Michaels water recipe of
60oz of distilled water
1tbsp of SF cranberry juice
2tbsp of Lemon juice
1 bag of dandelion root tea
It is a diuretic that helps you lose water weight, but you can use it for up to 4-6 weeks. I am gonna try it and see how it goes :)
That's interesting. I wonder why only 1 TBSP of cranberry juice. And where the heck do you get dandelion root tea? I'd be interested in trying it...let me know how it works out for you. Good luck!
Whole foods of course :)
Natch.
