Hey Mrs. Jelly Belly,

I started a new diet just today and it includes the usual mostly fish and chicken... I bet these would work on both!

It also Includes the Gillian Michaels water recipe of
60oz of distilled water
1tbsp of SF cranberry juice
2tbsp of Lemon juice
1 bag of dandelion root tea

It is a diuretic that helps you lose water weight, but you can use it for up to 4-6 weeks. I am gonna try it and see how it goes :)
